I feel extremely fortunate that DCY built our home. Dennie and his crew were able to take our complex architectural design to fruition with great efficiency from a time and cost standpoint. He took the necessary steps to meet (exceed) code requirements, and all inspections passed without a hitch. They anticipated areas where improvements could me made going from paper to structure and made them without significant increase in expense. The framing and steel work are beautifully done. Communication was frequent and detailed. The subcontractors were excellent. They were at our site every day (including many weekends) to ensure that our project was completed on time.
