The KUSS project is a 1,370-square-foot custom residence that showcases DCY Builders’ approach to high-quality residential construction, with particular emphasis on precision framing and substantial timber elements. DCY Builders is completing the full framing and dry-in scope, including structural framing, large timber framing, decking substrate, and the installation of exterior doors and windows. Every stage of the framing process is being executed with close attention to alignment, structural integrity, and the details that ultimately define the quality of a finished custom home.
